Kindredhealingjustice.org acknowledge the work and legacy of healers and organizers in the global South that have envisioned an integrated practice of liberation to include transforming and sustaining the wellness and well being of our physical, emotional, spiritual, physical and environmental conditions.
We are building collaborations and cultivating relationships with southern based projects and partners who uphold traditions of healing as integral parts of our southern organizing strategies and collective resiliency. Black Women Birthing Resistance:
A Southern Cultural Justice Project, funded by the Regeneration Fund of RSF Social Finance, seeks to resist and transform an historical and contemporary legacy of trauma and state-controlled birthing through storytelling, cultural performance, and organizing.
